I absolutely love this Fan which was painted to the colour I wanted with some special touches. it arrived really well packaged and on time. Sand keeps in contact and I found she wanted to make sure the fan is exactly how I wanted it. I will certainly be purchasing more from her.

Slightly smaller and lighter than my usual Art fans....this slender, elegant and compact fan of super slim bamboo staves and silk leaf is hand painted on both sides and feels super light in the hand.  See measurements below.

The front of this fan is painted a lovely muted sage green with a silver and white lace effect drawn over the surface that catches light beautifully. The front staves are diifferent tones of silver in bands with accents in graphite black and metallic silver. The front guard is a glittering lacquered silver.

The back is hand painted a subtle silver with a slight glitter coating and the upper staves are a matching sage green, the back guard is plain mat silver. There is a small silver coloured charm with my No.1 heart Logo which can be adapted, removed or replaced as desired.

I will also provide a sheer and slim organza pouch and a colour coordinated wrist lanyard, very handy when walking about with your fan and which can be removed when required.

Your fan will come with a letter of authenticity which will be signed by me, numbered and dated along with the fans individual name. This makes your fan a highly collectible art object by a Royal Academy Artist with provenance.

Dusty Sage Lace Wing

  • When it arrives open slowly and carefully in case it has been squashed in transit. If possible, eave open for a few days to rid any lingering studio smells and to generally let the fan breath. Clean very gentrly with a slightly damp cloth. Keep away from excessive water/moisture and anyone that wants to play with it roughly, I find a quick fan clip round the ear does the trick!

...treat your No1 hand fan with love and as  a usable art object and it will last you well.
